Sergey Mitrofanov is experienced in marketing, sales, starting new companies and business development in Russia. Having an MBA degree from the Stockholm School of Economics, Sergey has also degrees in economics and engineering. His practical experience in business includes leadership of the Advertising Group of “Vitrina A’s” branch, work in Promstroybank (St. Petersburg), AIG Russia and Renaissance Insurance Company.

He is specializing in service quality management and relationship marketing. Starting from February 2006 Sergey is a board member of the Medinge group.
